Gift Voucher Conditions

1. Voucher must be presented on arrival.
2. Not redeemable on public holidays, long weekends & school holidays.
3. Not transferable to another couple.
4. Valid for 12 months from date of issue; No refunds given.
5. Booking can only be Cancelled I Postponed I Transferred I Reduced as per booking terms & conditions hereunder.
6. Not redeemable for Cash I Goods I Services in part or whole.
7. Any accommodation booked in addition to the voucher is to be made pursuant terms and conditions hereunder.
8. All vouchers, whether to the value of, or stipulated stay must be taken in one booking.
There are no credits or refunds if voucher is redeemed for a lesser stay. .

1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation charge is required within seven (7) working days of making your reservation otherwise your reservation cannot be held and confirmed. Final payment must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
2. You authorize us to debit the cost of any damage to the facilities and the buildings to your
credit card account.
3. All guests are responsible for the security of their belongings. .
4. If you wish to cancel your booking, the deposit less an administration fee of $50.00 will only be refunded if Daylesford Holidays Booking Service is able to re-book your accommodation at no lesser rate. In any event any loss on another booking will be also deducted from the deposit.
5. No refund will be made if a booking is cancelled within 14 days of your accommodation date.
6. Daylesford Holidays Booking Service is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not “meet” the expected style of accommodation required.
